Marian Bantjes is a designer, typographer, writer and illustrator. She’s known for her detailed vector art, hand work, her patterning and ornamentation. She is often hired to create custom type for magazines, advertising and special projects. For Saks Fifth Ave, Bantjes’ rendition of the 18 top illustrated fashion trends were printed on bags, applied in catalog and advertising, carved onto glass partitions in the store, woven into the carpet, made into plexiglass sculptures... and animated for website and marketing presentations.
